Outreach Program	FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, PARENTS AND GUIDANCE COUNSELORS: Solicitations are sent out usually by February 1 of each year and the awards are given out by the end of April. The application forms are emailed to counselors/high school contacts that are in the list maintained by the LSU College of Engineering.
