SWE invites you to support its programs and advance its mission. In over fifty years SWE has made incredible strides in its efforts to increase the numbers of women in engineering and subject young girls to the incredible career path engineering can bring. But there is still a lot of work to do. Engineering programs at universities have only seen slight growth in the numbers of women entering and graduating from engineering schools, while law and medical programs have reached parity and above, women graduating in engineering is still at approximately 20%. Help us open up a whole new world of opportunity to young girls, advance the careers of women in engineering and technology, and recognize the life-changing contributions women engineers have made.
