Tina ToburenTina Toburen is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Washington, having received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle.  She has more than 16 years of industry experience focused on improving the efficiency and profitability of power generation facilities.  She has created software models to optimize combined cycle operating loads, support real-time power traders, and monitor equipment operating performance.  Tina is now an independent consultant providing training seminars, software and performance analysis support services to the power industry.
