Conference tracks
As a conference participant, you will find excitement in the three tracks of seminars and workshops we've assembled:
- Sustainability—Sustainability experts in the region will expose you to leading-edge thinking in areas such as: agricyle, the solar highway, sustainability opportunities in chemical processing, climate change, and energy efficiency technologies.
- Communications—Become more effective through better communication. Our workshops are targeted to engineers such as yourself and will improve your communication skills both within your job and in your personal life.
- Career—Attending these sessions will give you the confidence to pursue your career goals, within and outside of your current workplace.
Career Fair
The conference will also host a day-long career fair, open to students and professionals alike, a marvelous chance to network with other women engineers.
Keynote
Bill Bradbury, Oregon Secretary of State and the Oregon Sustainability Board chairman will be our keynote speaker for the Saturday evening banquet. Bill is part of a select group of 50 individuals chosen to receive intensive training by former Vice President Al Gore and a team of renowned scientists on the issues surrounding global warming.
