Due to
the high season for conferences between
January and March, 2007, certain
restrictions have been imposed on our group
when making hotel reservations:
1.
Reservations will be guaranteed up to
December 12, 2007 for the number of rooms in
our SWE block. Once conference block is
full, hotel will attempt to accommodate
additional rooms, but other arrangements may
need to be made and conference planners will
identify additional hotels for overflow.
2.
Credit card is required for reservation and
entire stay is charged at the time of
reservation, so be sure of your arrival and
departure times before making the
reservation.
3.
Non-refundable $25 cancellation fee up to 8
days prior to arrival. Entire charge is
non-refundable if cancelled 7 days or less
prior to arrival.
4. A
3rd or 4th person can be added for
additional $25 each. Be sure that you have
identified all guests before making
reservation. Hotel will attempt to
accommodate changes, but will not guarantee.
5.
Prior notification is required for arrivals
after 11:00 pm or entire reservation is
cancelled.
6.
Guest making reservation must be 21 years of
age.
7.
Photo ID will be required upon check-in.
8.
Inbound freight is subject to fees.
9.
Non-optional phone charge of $1.00 per day
for one-hour of local phone use and $0.10
per minute after.
