Information for Speakers

Speakers and technical sessions will occur on January 20, 2007.  Your support of our conference is greatly appreciated. 

This document contains information for speakers - please read these materials carefully.  If you have any questions, contact Alison Ratliff at 425-941-7630 or 702-544-6595 or e-mail alratliff@earthlink.net.

Each session is 45 minutes in length; please allow 5 – 10 minutes for questions and answers. Each room will hold approximately 60 attendees. 

Please provide a brief biography, co-author(s) names, session title, and brief description of your presentation to Alison Ratliff by October 15, 2006 so that we may advertise on our web site and include in the Conference Program Book.

Audio Visual Requests:  One LCD projector and screen will be available in each session room.  Presenters must bring their own laptop computers for their presentation.  A podium will also be provided in each room. 

Notice of Withdrawal:  Please notify Alison Ratliff immediately if you are unable to participate so that we may arrange a substitute speaker. 

Conference Proceedings:  Send a copy of your power point presentation and handouts on CD to Alison Ratliff by January 10, 2007 to be included on the Conference Proceeding CD.  No papers are required for this conference.  Mailing address is listed below. 

If Speakers want to attend the entire conference, they are expected to register for the Conference and pay the appropriate registration fee.  No travel assistance is available for speakers.
