From the Classroom to the Boardroom: Ten Kid Tips for Managers

   Celia Couture, CC Consulting, LLC

Presentation Description:

This interactive program helps participants get in touch with the behaviors associated with great management practices. How do you rediscover the management lessons you learned as a child? How do you apply these lessons to your adult corporate playgrounds? You will discover the power of Kid Tips and become a stronger, more confident leader.

This program is based on Celia
s popular book - From The Classroom To The Boardroom Ten Kid Tips For Managers.

About the Speaker:

Celia Couture brings over 30 years of experience as a business executive, educator and community theater director to her role as president of CC Consulting, LLC.

Celias straightforward, practical approach to business consulting stems largely from her extensive global business experience, which includes 25 years of management experience at Fortune 1000 companies, including Hewlett-Packard. She is committed to helping companies achieve greater productivity and profitability by designing and delivering strategic, practical solutions that promote teamwork, leadership accountability and diversity at all levels of an organization.

A published author and creator of From the Classroom to the Boardroom, 10 Kid Tips for Managers, a business book and series of workshops, Celia has been retained by nationally recognized organizations that include The US Air Force, Colgate University, Tru Corporation, Synergistics Inc., Millennium Group and Agilent Technologies.
