The Company:
Our client is a well established, progressive, and a rapidly expanding leader
 in the meat processing industry strategically located in the Greater Boston, 
Massachusetts area.  The Company has approximately 600+ employees combined in
 two facilities and has annual revenue of over $150 million. 

The Position:
Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the Industrial Engineer will 
plan, organize and direct engineering initiatives to meet company object-
tives.  Responsible for broad improvements in manufacturing methods,
establishing standards and in estimating and reducing costs.  Selects correct 
design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or im-provement 
of existing ones.  Processes and submits performance reports, data and analysis.  

Experience:
The candidate should currently be an Industrial Engineer with a minimum of five years 
experience in the Industrial Engineering field.  Demonstrated knowledge of designing 
and developing activities to improve, modify or design new equipment, processes, and 
products, especially ergonomic changes to the production lines and other work areas 
of facility for maxi-mum efficiency.  Experience with Methods-Time Measurement (MTM) necessary.  

Education:
A BS degree in Industrial Engineering.
