The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a non-profit educational service organization whose goal is to encourage women to achieve their full potential in careers as engineers and leaders. The Southeast Region, also known as Region D, includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina,Tennessee, and, Puerto Rico. The Region strives to inspire and encourage Sections to anticipate and meet the changing and diverse needs of their membership.
