Nadine Whitfield is a Software Developer / Quality Engineer who currently works at L-3 Communications as Help Desk Manager , Quality Lead and Software Test Lead. Before entering the IT field, she worked for the US Postal Service in various capacities and served in the California Air National Guard as a Reservist.

Her SWE goals for this year include:

1. Upgrade website so it can be maintained by SWE officers
2. Facilitate sharing of information and ideas between B009 members
3. Increase member participation in activities by 5% or more
4. Serve as an active back-up resource for our section president
