Aircraft Versus Spacecraft

OBJECTIVES:

Students will learn about the differences between aircraft and spacecraft and in particular the differences in propulsion systems. Students will demonstrate the differences by building pin wheel airplanes and balloon rockets. An interactive activity quizzes students on thrust.
