You can register 2 ways - either using the on-line PayPal system, or by check sent to: Please remember that registration is a financial commitment. If you register but find you cannot make the conference, you must cancel by March 30th to avoid being billed. To cancel, send a message to swechicago@yahoo.com Registration isn't required, but it is appreciated. It helps us provide a more accurate head count to our sponsor, Abbott, for Lunch. We would also appreciate paying by check through the mail or using our paypal setup and pay by credit card. Exceptions can be made to this. If you have a special situation, when you RSVP on-line put the information in the comments section. You still need to "continue" pass our "Bravenet" confirmation screen, but you do not have to add anything to the PayPal carts that are displayed next. Registration Fees
