Thank you for registering for the PD Conference.

If you are registering with our PayPal system, this is a two step process.
* First, you must fill out the following form. It will take you to our Bravenet "For Your Protection" screen where you MUST press continue.
* Next you will be taken to our PD Conference PayPal setup. Please add the total number of registrations you will be making to your shopping cart before continuing on.
Please remember that registration is a financial commitment. If you register but find you cannot make the conference, you must cancel by March 16th to avoid being billed. To cancel, send a message to swechicago@yahoo.com.

Each participant will receive a receipt at the conference. Also, please note that the PayPal system is the only way we can accept credit cards.

Please have your membership number handy when RSVPing.
