Educational Qualifications Include:
  • Develop and maintain high level of customer relations.
  • Aid Electro-Motive field personnel in investigation and correction of product difficulties.
  • Monitor locomotive performance.
  • Regularly report technical and commercial information, including customer complaints to service and sales Management.
  • Promote parts and rebuild services.
  • Function effectively with minimum supervision, re: expenses, job efficiency and safety.
  • Travel continuously.
  • Support special assignments as needed.
 Required: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in mechanical and/or electrical subjects.
Preferred: Minimum GPA of 3.0
Additional Candidate Qualifications Include:
  • Required: Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities in identifying and resolving technical problems.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers.
  • Able to travel for extended periods of time.
