Must be degreed engineer or BS and Quality Manager at other OEM
5+ years in a large tier one or OEM in a quality assurance role
3+ years experience in a supervisory role. (managing other
engineers, Hiring/Firing)
Strong supplier interface, person could be a Quality manager or Supplier Quality manager
(or asst mgr)
Strong communication and leadership skills required
Travel 20%
ASQ
certification a plus
