The Quad Cities Section of SWE, chartered in October of 2002, serves people in and near the Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline, Rock Island, and Muscatine areas. We are included in Region H, which includes Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, North and South Dakota. Currently, our regular meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of every month, except in the summer (June, July, and August). Meetings alternate between the Quad Cities and Muscatine. Feel free to join us whenever you can!
Students and those thinking about a career in engineering are encouraged to attend our meetings. If you are interested in joining our e-mail list for more information about upcoming meetings and events, contact any of our cabinet members and we'll be happy to add you.
Our section was selected as the 2008 Quad Cities Engineering & Science Council (QCESC) Society of the Year! Congratulations ladies!
