Who We Are:

The NEI Section is a growing group of approximately 30 graduate engineers from industry and academia in the NEI area.  

Mission:

Reactivated in 2006, SWE NEI’s mission is to provide value to society by offering professional and personal development for current and future NEI women in the fields of Engineering & the Sciences. 

Core Values:

We want to engage the NEI community by providing opportunities to women in engineering, encouraging women to enter and grow in engineering and the sciences in accordance with our core values of Integrity, Respect, Diversity, & Professional Excellence. 

Vision:

Our vision is to sustain and increase our membership through programs that provide growth to our members and community. We will be the preferred source for professional development, career guidance and mentoring outreach.  We will engage existing and prospective members in our community by creating a passionate force to provide the best role models for young women interested in science & technology.
