The
Society of Women Engineers is a not-for-profit organization that
supports women engineers in all stages of their career, from current
professionals, stay-at-home moms and retirees, to students from the
collegiate level to grade school. Our volunteers are a vital part of
making a difference in our community.

Open Chair Positions
SWE utilizes volunteers to take on planning events: workshops for
students to career development. Commitment times vary. |

Membership
Opportunities include meeting greeters, event planning committees and
speaking about SWE and/or being a women engineer. |

Professional Development
Opportunities include the yearly Professional Development Conference
planning committee and networking events. |

Outreach
Opportunities include collegiate transition event, career days, scholarship
readings, girls engineering exploration (GEE) day and maker faire. |

Communication
Opportunities include special newsletter contributor and publicizing events. |

Fund Development
Opportunities include fund development committee, creating solicitation packets and corporate sponsorship. |
