Afternoon Speaker & Activity The Saturday afternoon speaker is Marcie Martin, a corporate trainer, executive coach, organization management consultant and Myers-Briggs Step II consultant. With over 20 year’s of leadership experience in Business Operations, Information Technology, and Leadership Development, she has first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing busy executives in high technology industries.

We will be evaluating our Myers-Briggs Assessments to explore our natural tendencies and how we can leverage them to communicate more effectively in SWE, at work and in our everyday lives.

Please complete your Myers-Briggs Type Indicator survey by September 1. Our speaker will bring your personal assessments and will facilitate a 2 hour workshop on how to interpret and use the information. Your participation in the survey is required to maximize the benefits of the afternoon sessions.

The MBTI assessment instruction letter is attached. If you have completed an assessment in the last 6 months you may choose to use that evaluation rather than complete a new survey. Please provide your region governor the assessment results so that we can incorporate your information into the assessments of the region council and meeting attendees.

Assessments will be included in registration for all members of the Region council (Section Reps, Gov, Lt. Gov, Secretary and Treasurer etc.). If you do not fall into this category and would like to participate in the discussion, please contact your region governor or Deb Willems (deb.willems@swe.org).

If you are not familiar with the Myers-Briggs process and would like more information, please contact Region B Governor Deb Willems deb.willems@swe.org
