Come on over to our reception area and let us help you make plans for a wonderful evening in Detroit. We'll give you all the facts on great places to eat and drink including menus, reviews, directions, and even assist with reservations. Before you leave for your evening out, you'll be able to mingle with old friends and develop new acquaintances while sampling local food and drink selections. Explore Engineering

The Explore Engineering event gives middle and high school students a chance to see what it is like to be an engineer.
Students will interact with current engineers to learn about different types of engineering and the technology
that these engineers use on a daily basis. See Student Programs for

Dr. Sally Ride will be the keynote speaker.
Immediately following the ceremony, attendees will proceed to the Exhibits and Career Fair
for a reception including hors d'oeuvres and beverages. Bring your resume and be ready to speak with company representatives.

The Exhibits and Career Fair continues on Friday. Attendees can learn about hundreds of companies, products, organizations and colleges/universities. Bring your resume and be ready to interview if you are a job seeker. If you aren't looking for a job, the Fair is a wonderful opportunity to network. Lunch is included.

With the conference moved to October, we've given the ice cream social a Fall twist. Come and enjoy the specialties of Fall in Michigan. The Open Technical Exchange (OTE) provides a platform for individual members as well as companies to present emerging technologies and latest products in the form of technical papers, poster presentations, displays and hands-on demonstrations.
