Select from over 300 booth spaces in prime, commercial exhibit space. A standard booth package provides a 10' x 10' booth with the following features:
  • Standard 8' high backwall drape with 3' high side rail drapes
  • Booth carpeting
  • One standard 7" x 44" booth sign with booth number and company name
  • One table, two chairs, one waste basket
  • Material handling (400-lb. maximum)
  • One 500-watt electrical outlet
  • General lighting
  • Free storage of exhibit equipment and/or materials for up to 30 days
  • Four (4) Basic Option One Conference Registrations, which include passage to all general Conference activities for the entire week, and all program materials.
  • Access to SWE's ResumeMatch® System for a two-month time period
  • Additional items such as furniture and equipment will be available from our selected vendors.
  • Refer to the Exhibitor Service Kit, which will be sent in August, 2002

    Conference Issue Advertising
     
    SWE Magazine, the award winning, Official Magazine of the society will publish a special 2002 Conference Issue. This issue will include vital conference information for all attendees and is the only publication that will include advertising. Employers who wish to establish a competitive edge with the attendees will want to promote their opportunities by advertising in this issue. The magazine will also be mailed directly to all 15,000 members of the society, ensuring that your coverage of the society is complete.

    SWE Heritage Club

     
    The SWE Heritage Club is designed to recognize organizations that publicly support the Society by advertising in SWE Magazine. It requires advertising with a full page in four of the five issues of SWE Magazine published annually.
     
    Each SWE Heritage Club advertiser receives:
  • A listing on the first page of each issue of SWE Magazine.
  • Top logos on SWE Online Career Fair
  • Preferred positioning in the magazine
  • A commemorative plaque from SWE in recognition of the advertiser's support. This plaque will be presented in Detroit at the SWE Conference.

    Published rates are 15% commissionable to recognized agencies. Payment terms are net 30 days. Publisher reserves right to suspend agency commission for past due invoices. Cancelled orders must be received, in writing, by the space deadline.
     
    Cost of special handling of display ads, such as reshooting art to meet standard requirements, typesetting or creating artwork, will be billed to the advertiser at cost.

    Black and white ads can be sent as camera-ready art or negatives. Velox or 600 dpi laser print acceptable. Line screen 133. Match print or chromalin required for four-color ads. PMS color required for 2-color.
     
    Electronic art: MAC-based QuarkXpress files only. Provide all support files. Do not nest EPS files in EPS files. CMYK color breaks (no RGB images). Tiffs at 300 dpi. B&W line art at 1200 dpi. Provide a color proof for color ads. Provide a laser proof for black and white ads.
