RESERVATIONS

Reservations must be guaranteed with 1 night’s advance deposit. You may guarantee your reservations by using one of these methods:

A) Assured reservations - use American Express, Diners Club, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Carte Blanche, or JCB.

B) Advance deposit - enclose the first night’s deposit when mailing your reservation card. (Deposits will be refunded only if cancellation notification is received 24 hrs prior to arrival).

2. Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

3. It is this hotel’s policy that Food and Beverage served in this hotel must be provided by the hotel.

4. Reservations must be received by Friday, June 4, 1999.

5. If you are a Gold Passport member, please fill in your membership number in the appropriate space (please note convention rates will be in effect over these dates).

6. A limited number of government rate rooms are available at the published rate for FY99. Be sure to specify the SWE gov’t rate.

7. A limited number of student rate rooms are available at $131.00 per day for up to 4 people. Be sure to specify the SWE student rate.

8. ID will be required at check in for both students and gov’t employees requesting the special rates. Without ID, you will be bumped to the next higher rate that is available on that day.

HOSPITALITIES

Our Room Service Manager will be pleased to assist you with all Food and Beverage arrangements for your hospitality suite. Please contact Room Service at extension 4200. Meeting and Banquet rooms are also available for larger functions. State Law requires all alcohol be purchased from the hotel.
