Attendees will be oriented to the etiquette of presenting themselves to exhibitors, have safe access to the exhibits and company representatives prior to the Opening Reception, participate in exciting activities, and top the night off by creating their own sundae at the Hughes Ice Cream Social. A box dinner is included.
Also, deadline for application has been extended to June 15, 1999.

Workshop leader: Kimberly Young & Stacy Dedinas
This workshop will focus on key learnings from several DuPont women who have worked internationally in managerial roles. Managing effectively in an international assignment depends not only on technical and business skills, but also on the ability to function in a different cultural work environment. Presenters will share personal experiences, including benefits and challenges for women to succeed in international assignments, advice on how to manage situations when your credibility is in doubt, and suggestions on how to work effectively with other women.
