It's A Small W.O.R.L.D. Sponsorship

In 1998, SWE introduces a new format for Take A Student To Dinner!

It's A Small W.O.R.L.D. = Working Opportunities, Relationships to Last, and Diversity. This event offers company representatives a chance to mingle informally with students at a specially planned buffet dinner at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Friday, June 19, 5:30-7:30 pm! After dinner, join the students at the student awards ceremony to honor scholarship winners and outstanding student sections.

Students want to learn more about companies and company representatives in a relaxed, flexible, and fun atmosphere. One way to help students learn more about your company is to sponsor one or more students for It's A Small W.O.R.L.D. sponsorships are $40 each.

This is a great way for company representatives to interact with students in an informal, yet informative, manner. Students, corporate representatives and professionals will have the opportunity to build networking or mentoring relationships. Company representatives will be able to meet and sponsor students from specific disciplines or regions of the country.
