You registered for the golf outing in conjunction with the SWE Convention. Please complete the attached Fact Sheet and FAX it to Natasha Kay ASAP but no later than May 25^th . Some course information is also included. Please call Natasha or Lisa if you have additional questions or need more information!

INSTRUCTIONS:

The format is a SCRAMBLE (four person team). We will be playing the Barn Course and the Range Course. Women will use the RED TEES, men will use the BLUE TEES.

Each player hits - team chooses which shot to use - each player hits from that spot until the hole is putted out.

Must use each team member’s drive on TWO holes per course (total FOUR drives per team member)

May place ball within one club length not nearer the hole (fairway only)

If the selected shot is in the rough, it must be played from rough

Record TOTAL PUTTS for each hole (LOW PUTT PRIZE)

Drop from native grass - one stroke penalty

Lost ball - one stroke penalty
