The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a rapidly growing organization dedicated to supporting and encouraging women to become leaders in the fields of science and engineering. The success of this organization has resulted from the hard and continuous work from the volunteers within the organization, along with SWE's many dedicated supporters.
