Preferred Materials: All advertisers must provide negatives or will be charged an additional fee -- 133 line (right reading, emulsion side down). All negatives should include register marks. Four-color negatives must be marked with color break. Production costs: Revisions made to existing ads will be charged at prevailing production rates based upon work done.
Proofs Required: 4C Process -- one set of color keys acceptable. Cromalin, Matchprint, or Color Key must accompany negatives. If color proofs are not furnished, publisher will make proofs at cost to advertiser and will not assume responsibility for 100% accuracy of final color production. Black and White: Velox proof must accompany film. If no film is provided, a charge will be incurred. 4C Separations: Film should be right-reading negatives, emulsion side down. Negative Halftones: 133-line screen. Binding/Trim Size: Spiral Bound 8.5"X11". Live Matter: Keep 1/4" from trim size edges. Number of Columns to a Page: 2-3.
