The Region J approach to the excellence award entry was to seek best practices among members in the region who have been in the job market. We felt this way we had first-hand experience from job seekers, and recruiters.  Through a series of e-blasts, we sought inquiries from our members, who are listed below.  We accepted additional tips from participating audience members, and included in the final presentation. 

The sources for our presentation were grouped under three individuals:
Job Seeker --- individuals who shared job search experiences
Sage – people who had stories, and offered encouragement and job tips
Job Recruiter – individuals who shared job recruiting experiences
