SWE Region Conferences are smaller, local versions of the SWE National Conference, where professional and collegiate members can gather to take part in workshops, networking, career fairs, and technical tours. These conferences are closer to the local membership and thus, more affordable to attend. Advance... Professional Development at SWE has a focused approach to empower women to succeed and advance in their engineering studies and careers.
