- Develop Professional Development activities for the Section.
- Accept nominations for next FY officers and facilitate elections.
- Project management skills to manage the section and its activities.

- Assumes Presidency if President unable to finish term.
- Facilitates monthly board meetings in the absence of the President.
- Works with board and members to develop program schedule.
- When there is no acting Student Liaison Chair, act as liaison between Section and local schools.
- Assist membership committee as necessary.
- Develop Multi-Cultural activities for the Section.
- Nominate committee chairs and facilitate committee recruitment.
- Assist President in locating potential speakers and stakeholders.

- Focus on communications.
- Disseminate information to the membership and local stakeholders.
- Take meeting minutes and disseminate.
- Assist President in developing and sending correspondences.
- Act as Newsletter Editor and Web Page Keeper in the absence of one.
- Assist student liaison committee in disseminating information on the local student section activities and needs.

- Receives information from HQ and disseminates to appropriate contacts.
- Solicits volunteers for Focus Interest Groups.
- Attend Region G Council meetings.
- File quarterly reports.
- Facilitate the board meetings in the absence of the President and VP.
- Coordinate nominations of SWE Central Ohio members for national awards.
- Maintain section charter and by laws.
- Develop Community Service activities for the Section.
- When funds are available, attend National Conference.
- Assist Girl Scout committee as necessary.

- Focus on fund development.
- Oversee fund development committee and assist in organizing/coordinating fundraising events.
- Holds bank account.
- Develop and track budget.
- Prepare monthly report for board meetings.
- Maintain list of corporate sponsors and potential sponsors.
- Fill out annual financial report.
- Disseminate funds.
