Career Management in Difficult Economic
Circumstances Description: The current global recession has impacted all workers, in all career
stages. Job stability is no longer
guaranteed. The American unemployment
rate is hovering near 10% nationally.
This unprecedented situation forces current, future, and past workers
to rethink their employment situation and develop new techniques and tools
for career management. Whether you are a college student entering workforce
for the first time, unemployed and looking for a new job, returning to work
after a temporary or prolonged absence, or looking to switch jobs or careers,
attend this session to learn important ways to market yourself and re-invent
yourself to stay current and valuable. About the Speakers Maureen
