2: Collegiate Business Meeting
Description
The collegiate
business meeting will include brainstorming with other student members and a
review of collegiate section business. The candidates for next year's
Region F Collegiate Rep and Region F Newsletter Editor will make short
candidate speeches, along with sections who are bidding to host the 2010
Region F conference. Come prepared to share lessons learned--what does
and doesn't work?--for your section. This will be a fun, interactive
meeting and a great way to meet your fellow Region F collegiate
members! All collegiate members should attend. Moderator Sharon
Vuong is the Region F Collegiate
Representative. She is a senior majoring in Chemical Engineering at
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY and will be moving out of Region
F to pursue her Ph.D. at a currently undecided school next year. When she
finds some free time, she plays clarinet, volunteers for various
organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Relay for Life, works on
craft projects, and practices tae kwon do. |
